Events are scheduled for up to four hours.
Although times can be flexible, during our high season the normal schedule is as follows:
Atlantica function room(s) events
Noon - 4 PM or 1 PM - 5 PM
6 PM - 10 PM or 7 PM - 11 PM
Deposits, Payments & Fees
All deposits & payments are non-refundable and are deducted from the final bill.
A minimum deposit is required to book an event.
Events must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
All fees are subject to change. Pricing varies by room, date, and time of your event. Contact our Director, Special Events at 781-383-0900 for information.

This fee includes:
- Private Room for Four Hours
- Room Set-up and Breakdown

Bartender Fee
A set-up fee is charged for each bar that is set up for your event.
Cocktail service at no charge is available in the smaller rooms where no bar can be set-up.
A 20% gratuity or Administration Fee and 6.25% Massachusetts meals will be added to all food and beverage.
Please notify Atlantica of your final guest count at least seven days prior to the date of your event. The count given will be considered your guarantee, and this will be the minimum charged even if attendance is less.
