This delightful buffet combines the best food with the best view and the best value anywhere.
In addition to our standard breakfast offerings, Chef Michael Bates-Walsh presents an array of delectable items including fresh seasonal salads, antipastos, eggs benedict, etc. A weekly fresh-catch seafood dish, pasta or poultry dish, quiche, and pizza station are also offered. Food may be “cooked to order” at our carving station, omelet station and Belgium waffle station! Don’t leave without trying the cold seafood station that included peel & eat shrimp, and ceviche made with locally caught fish & shellfish.
Indulge in a Bloody Mary that you can create yourself with a selection of rotating garnishes! Choose the vodka and, add your favorite juice (our house mix or plain tomato juice), and then customize it with anything from blue cheese stuffed olives to shrimp cocktail!
For dessert, begin at the make your own Sundae Bar with fun and gooey toppings. Our create your own crepe station is now in the dessert area so guests can customize their own dessert crepes with a rotating seasonal variety of delectable savory and sweet fillings. There is an ever changing assortment of home baked cookies, cakes, mini pastries, mousse, etc. These offerings complement the chocolate fondue fountain with an assortment of treats to dip. Coffee or tea is included in the buffet.
